Durmi is present in the project has been awarded with the FAD Award for Architecture 2008, Lopez and Rivera Architects. It is a building of 27 housing for young people and is located in the district of Sant Andreu de Barcelona. The work was done Construtora D'Aro.
Material installed by Durmi are the model GS 145.
The building supports "constructive simplicity, care and precision in the details, the standardization of the elements and bringing comfort and durability of the building," it seems that these were the concepts that convinced the jury to award the prize.

Sistema de hojas correderas laterales con lamas Durmi O080.
Los arquitectos de esta obra optaron por una innovadora protección solar con un sistema de hojas correderas formadas por un fijo superior + fijo inferior proyectado a 45º.
Las lamas fijas rectanculares de 80x20mm, modelo Durmi O080, con acabados color Ral 2000 y 1004 le dan un toque de originalidad al edificio de viviendas.
